We stand behind the performance of every Tovolo® product that we sell. If you purchased a Tovolo® product and are not completely satisfied with its performance, please contact your retailer for assistance.

How do I open the tea infuser?
The stainless steel and colored parts twist and snap to unlock and lock. First, twist (you may hear a snap) and then pull the two pieces apart.

It may be tight the first time you open it, but will loosen up afterward. We recommend using a grip towel for a firmer grasp on the infuser.

Do the Freezer Pop Molds contain BPA?
BPA has only been found in Polycarbonate Plastic; all of our Pop Molds are made from Polypropylene (PP) Plastics, which have a recycle number of five.

Can I bake in the Perfect Cube Ice Trays?
Our Perfect Cube Ice Trays are made of silicone and have a maximum heat resistance of 600°F / 315°C. You can use them to bake in; however they were not designed for that purpose so we cannot guarantee their performance.

What’s the capacity of the Perfect Cube Ice Tray?
The Perfect Cube Ice Tray holds approximately 2 Tablespoons or 1 ounce per cube. Each cube is 1.25 square inches.
