Collapsible Stopper & Strainer

(3 customer reviews)

Our durable Collapsible Stopper & Strainer is just what the plumber recommends. A turn of the knob drops the stopper down and prevents liquid from draining. Another turn and the stopper stays up, allowing water to drain but food particles to collect. Collapses for easy storage.

It was a great stopper for about a day. Then the silicone collar popped off of the stopper and no matter how I try to put it back, it pops off again at the slightest provocation and the water drains along with anything the strainer was keeping out of my drain. if I try to lift it up to empty the debris it pops apart. It is useless and a total waste of money.

I purchased 2 of these on October 16, 2019. In the past month I have probably only gotten it to actually work 25% of the time. The least little movement causes the water to drain. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get water to stay in a sink. Disappointing and a complete waste of money.

I bought this sink stopper a few months ago and am really having a problem with it. Although I can get the water to stay in the sink, if the stopper is bumped in any way, all the water goes right out! Sometimes I’ve been able to depress the stopper deep into the sink drain but then frequently it pops right back out and water drains out again. How do I make sure the water stays in the sink? Very discouraging to say the least.
